By creating an account or using Orcheduct, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Orcheduct provides supervised AI engineering workers and software-delivery orchestration. AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before it is merged, deployed or used in a production system.
You are responsible for authorised use of your account, protecting credentials, configuring repository and infrastructure access, reviewing proposed changes, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third-party terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring basis at the price displayed before checkout. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file.
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund requests are assessed separately. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right or statutory remedy that applies to you.
We may improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we will not use this clause to exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orcheduct is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Material revisions receive a new version date. Where required, we will provide notice or request renewed acceptance before the revised terms apply.
Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact page.
