This policy describes how Orcheduct collects, uses and protects information when you visit the website, create an account, connect external services or use supervised AI engineering features.
We collect account and contact information, subscription and billing references, configuration and usage records, support communications, security logs, repository metadata and the technical context required to perform tasks. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Orcheduct.
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, execute authorised tasks, process subscriptions, provide support, maintain audit evidence, prevent abuse, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the features you use, Orcheduct may exchange limited information with providers such as GitHub, Stripe, Google and configured AI or infrastructure providers. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy notices.
Orcheduct uses essential first-party cookies for authentication, session security, CSRF protection, theme preferences and storing your cookie choice. These cookies are required for the service to operate.
Google Analytics 4 is optional. Its script is not loaded and analytics data is not sent until you accept analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalised advertising and Google Signals remain disabled in our implementation.
You can reject analytics without losing access to Orcheduct and can change or withdraw your choice using the Cookie settings control. Consent preferences are stored for up to 180 days unless a material change requires us to ask again sooner.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We apply access controls and technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Send privacy requests to privacy@orcheduct.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
